Visit of DB Schenker

DB Schenker is the world’s leading global logistics provider — the company supports industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contracts logistics and supply chain management.

On March 13 the club visited DB Schenker - the world’s leading global logistics provider at its site in Wien-Albern. Mr. Alexander Winter, CEO of DB Schenker South-East Europe received the group. Together with the managers of the company he gave an overview on the current situation of the transport sector. He mentioned the major challenges which DB Schenker in Europe and around the globe masters for the benefit of its international customers. The information session was followed by a walk through the spacious modern logistics facilities of DB Schenker.
